This session is designed to help you ‘step off the hamster wheel’ and reflect on how you manage and respond to tasks, obligations and interruptions to work smarter, not harder. During the session, you will explore practical, immediately actionable tips and advice and will commit to small changes that can add up to big differences to your personal and professional effectiveness.
