Supporting Menopause in the Workplace

Two women

With Menopause Action Plans set to become mandatory for large employers from Spring 2027, organisations need to consider how they will provide meaningful and practical support for employees experiencing menopause.

This practical half day workshop equips managers and workplace allies with the knowledge and confidence to play their part. Participants will explore the evolving legal landscape, understand how menopause can affect people at work and develop the skills to approach sensitive conversations with empathy and confidence. The session will also consider the role managers and allies can play in reducing stigma and creating an environment where people feel comfortable accessing the support available to them.
