A hands-on negotiation skills workshop that goes way beyond theory. You’ll learn proven, research-backed techniques for negotiating and influencing others and put them into action straight away. Through fast-paced mock negotiations and interactive challenges, you’ll learn through practice, build confidence quickly, and walk away with skills you can actually use from day one.
This session will run 10:00 – 16:30 and is best suited to those with an understanding of basic insurance principles.
This session will be delivered in-person at a central London venue. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
