Perimenopause and menopause can bring a wide range of changes, which can affect people differently both in and outside the workplace. Having access to reliable information, practical strategies and the opportunity to learn from others can make it easier to navigate.

This interactive programme provides a supportive and confidential environment for participants to better understand the menopause transition and consider what may help them personally. Through expert input, practical exercises and facilitated discussion, participants will explore evidence-based approaches to supporting their health and wellbeing.

The session also provides an opportunity for participants to connect with others, share experiences and build confidence in having conversations about menopause and individual needs in the workplace. Relevant for participants at all stages of menopause journey, this session is equally helpful for individuals gaining knowledge to support their future selves.
