Each generation grew up in a radically different time, which has shaped how they see the world. This diversity of experiences and perspectives be of huge value to teams who can harness these differences. This session is designed to equip managers with the understanding and skills to adapt their styles, support their multigenerational teams and create inclusive, productive team environments.
