This immersive, game-based training session uses a realistic business simulation to bring insurance, risk management, and commercial decision-making to life.

Working in teams, participants manage a simulated agricultural business, making strategic investment and insurance choices while responding to evolving market conditions and unexpected risk events.

Through structured gameplay, facilitated reflection, and practical decision-making, this simulation turns abstract insurance concepts into tangible outcomes, building commercial awareness, confidence with insurance language, and an appreciation of how risk and reward must be balanced in real-world organisations.

This session will run 10:00 – 16:00 and is best suited to junior insurance professionals, or mixed insurance teams seeking to connect technical and commercial thinking.

This session will be delivered in-person at a central London venue. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
