Building your brand in your first insurance role

It’s widely acknowledged that personal brand and professional image have a direct impact on our career success, particularly in the first few years of our career.  The impressions we make early on can influence our reputation and the opportunities made available to us. At the same time, it can be difficult to strike a balance between making a positive impression and remaining authentic.

This practical session is designed specifically for individuals at the start of their insurance careers. Participants will explore and define their own individual brand and will prepare a personal plan to help them develop and communicate it with confidence.

This session will run 10:00 – 13:00 and will be delivered in-person at a central London venue. Refreshments will be provided.
