Most of us will lead or work on projects at some point in our careers, usually in addition to a busy day-job. Project work can be exciting and rewarding, it can also sometimes be frustrating and time consuming, particularly if things aren’t going well.
In this interactive and engaging session, we demystify effective project management, sharing some of the key principles used by project managers to deliver large, complex projects. Participants will explore and apply project fundamentals during the session using a case study and will leave the session with a practical project toolkit to help set them and their projects up for success in the future.
This session will run 10:00 – 13:00 and is best suited to those in the first few years of their insurance careers.
This session will be delivered in-person at our Empower Development Training Room.
