Reinsurance Simulation

This interactive and innovative course brings reinsurance to life using practical simulations and relatable examples. Attendees explore purpose and types of reinsurance, demystify the jargon associated with reinsurance and build their confidence in applying practical and commercial reinsurance principles. This course is suitable for those new to the subject of reinsurance, with experience or not, and both front line and support staff.

As part of this course, participants will participate in a physical Reinsurance simulation game. Working in teams, participants navigate the full placement process — from assessing reinsurance needs to building broker submissions and negotiating market terms.
