Negotiating within the insurance market has always been unique. The objective of getting a ‘good deal’ is often equally important as maintaining a long-term relationship for future business. This course explores fundamental principles and focuses on practical application in a variety of insurance and non-insurance practice negotiations to build skill, confidence and self awareness in participants.
